"I rode my 1993 Sportster from Sacramento to Pittsburgh PA and back through the Great Lakes. I needed oil and other service in Pittsburgh. Three Rivers was great! They even found a leaking tire valve for me! They were very nice took care of me right away as I was a traveler. The other dealers were going to take a week which I did not have. If you are on the road and need anything stop here. I'm glad I did!"

"The purchase of my Harley-Davidson was one of the best (if not the best) purchasing experiences I have had in my life. The entire Harley-Davidson staff (sales, service, parts) was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like part of their family. On my first visit to the store the Sales Manager spent time taking me out to the warehouse and showing me many different bikes and clearly explaining the benifits of Harley Davidson ownership without pressuring me at all. It was amazing to have a sales manager spend 25-30 minutes with you and be completly comfortable without feeling any pressure to make a decision or "write up paperwork." I was so pleased with my experience I brought my girlfriend in the next day and purchased the motorcycle. Overall a fantastic ecperience. I'm going to be a loyal Harley-Davidson customer and a loyal Three Rivers Harley-Davidson customer for a long time to come."

"Today I not only bought my first Harley but I also made new friends. I can't say enough about the honesty of the sales staff, I felt that Rick was very helpful and the sales manager was so easy to work with. After making a deal with a trade in of a non Harley bike they then walked me over the parts counter to pick out a few add ons for my new 1200x fourty-eight, The parts counter folks were so easy to work with even though I may have changed my mind have a dozen times. Then I met the finance guy, This is where I have had so many bad experience's in the past but not this time. All I can say is wow. I want to say thank you to all the people involved in my new perchase. I also am impressed with the service dept for working me in as I have to move in only 4 days and they are gonna have my bike ready tomorrow. Once again if you are thinking of a new bike or some add on parts to custimize yours, go see these guys. To me it will be worth the drive of 500 miles round trip to deal with them again. Sounds like a good weekend ride anyway."

"I was extremely impressed with salesman Rob Keller of Three Rivers H-D. It was my first visit to a motorcycle dealership and, even though I'm in no financial position at the moment (halfway through college) to purchase my own bike, Rob took me through most of the bikes in the showroom, taking time to explain the details about what made each bike unique and what exactly their differences meant performance-wise. He answered each of my questions concisely and in a method that I understood despite my limited background in motorcycle terminology. "Cant say enough about the good people here at three rivers.
John,Bill took the time to help me with my purchase with no pressure and answerd my questions and introduced me to the staff like I was a member of the family.Troz in the shop went over the bike with me from end to end. The weekend was the Chilli cook off and I brought my wife and daughter with me and Shirley and the girls helped my daughter find just the things she wanted with none of that crap salespeople do with kids you know.. find the most expensive thing in the store and tell the parents thats what they want.
